At Meadows Care our goal is to successfully create an environment in which young people through education, can develop their unique skills, increase in confidence and learn more effective ways of coping with their lives. As they grow older this will involve developing independence and a self-belief in their ability to cope with everyday life. To assist with this progression, Meadows Care have recently registered a number of new, quality homes in Rochdale, Oldham and Bury.
