At Meadows Care we are committed to providing detailed and unique assessments- developed in conjuntion with our external consultant Martin C Calder, to ensure that the young person is competently and holistically assessed to maximise their care, supervision and safe management which acts as a gateway to our transitional assessment and ongoing support packages (when we develop through and after care further)

We bring holistic alive as we recognise that young people present with a combination of problems and experiences and our specific tailored assessment and management packages are carefully integrated to capture the origins of the problems as well as providing specific treatment targets.
