Building & Sustaining Resilience


Many young people have experienced harm prior to placement and may risk losing the essential components for resilience as a consequence. Meadows Care is committed to the early identification of anything that may compromise the resilience they retain and staff work hard to identify areas where it can be maintained, sustained and then hopefully the building blocks for recovery have been set down.

Packages for developmentally sensitive work are being developed and can assist the young person in planning more optimistically for the future.
