Rachel Jennings's Story

Team Leader 4 (Rochdale) – Joined Meadows Care May 2016

“I started working for Meadows Care in May 2016 as a Residential Support Worker. I previously had no experience within this role and lack of confidence within myself. With all the training and support I received from Meadows I gained a lot of knowledge and with that came my confidence. Working at Meadows has made me value myself and my role as a Residential Support Worker and the benefit of seeing young people develop new skills and progress makes me proud of myself and the company I work for.”
