“As a RAP for Meadows Care, I strive to embody acceptance, respect, and compassion in everything I do. I embrace each young person’s individuality without judgment, treat them with dignity by valuing their thoughts and feelings, and approach my work with genuine care. Meadows Staff

BRIDGE is a principle that runs across the whole company, in every aspect of the services we deliver.

BRIDGE is represented in each Meadows Care home by a dedicated staff member who promotes our core values of Belonging, Respect, Inclusion, Diversity, Growth, and Equity. The role involves raising awareness and educating staff and young people about key social issues and protected characteristics, as well as promoting diversity and inclusion within the home.

BRIDGE Representatives lead and support inclusive activities and events throughout the year - such as Pride Month, Black History Month, and Mental Health Awareness Week, to name just a few. Their work helps foster an open, respectful culture where everyone feels valued and included.

Please see below for some of what we’ve been up to.
