International Women’s Day 2024
Women account for significantly more than half of our workforce at Meadows, in nearly every department: residential care staff, registered managers, therapy staff, Meadows Psychology Service (MPS), Meadows School, finance, training and the Board of Directors.
8th March 2024 was international women’s day where we were able to thank all the women in our Meadows family and say how proud we were. One of homes also kindly brought flowers to some of these women at Head Office. This is such an act of kindness and thoroughly appreciated. Here’s a video to say thank you too.
