On Sunday 4th May we celebrated an incredible milestone – 21 years of Meadows Care supporting and empowering amazing young people 💛
To mark the occasion, our head office team enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea, while our homes made the most of the sunshine with some fantastic BBQs! ☕🍰🌭🌞
For over two decades, Meadows has been dedicated to making a difference to young people’s lives and we couldn’t be prouder of the journey so far.
